Great learning environment for all ages. Teachers are excited and teach hands-on projects. My boys loved their class and we’ve signed up for more. Ramona needed this so much. Affordable and you can drop off and get some down time yourself! Thank you! – Lori

Our GAP Staff is bilingual in Spanish and will help children with completing homework, reading comprehension and STEM activities. Children will have the opportunity to care for animals including goats and chickens, play outdoors, participate in physical fitness, gardening and art and crafts. Age appropriate activities will be available for students to participate in daily. We also have arcade games such as skee ball and Pac Man. A “maker’s space” is available for STEM activities such as lego building, puzzles, science projects and games.
Buddy Program – Special needs children will be paired with a “buddy” to help them integrate into the program and have genuine and meaningful friendships with their peers. Additionally, all children who attend GAP will take an orientation about common disabilities, which provide facts and teach children about the special needs of some of their peers.
Care Closet – Generations Afterschool Program believes children should be given the dignity of always having their needs met. If a child needs hygiene products such as: shampoo, soap, feminine hygiene products or deodorant, food to take home for the evenings or weekends, or a fresh pair of socks, they may access these items for free from our Care Closet. If you wish to make a donation to the closet, please contact us.
